0.3-10 kbp DNA Marker is composed of twelve linear double-stranded DNA bands (0.3, 0.5, 0.8, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 kbp). The 2 kbp band (100 ng/5 μl) serves as the reference band as it is double the concentration of the other bands (50 ng/5 μl) and therefore appears with double the intensity of the other bands on the gel. This product is ready-to-use and is premixed with 1X DNA loading buffer.

Target 0.3-10 kbp DNA Marker
Storage Store between 2-8 °C for up to 6 months, or at -20 °C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Buffer 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.4, 10 mM EDTA, 0.02% Bromophenol Blue, 5% Glycerol.
Concentration 0.13 ng/ml

Note This product is for research use only.
Directions for use Use 1 μl/mm gel lane, or 5 μl/gel lane. Recommended agarose concentration: 1.0%. Not suitable for use with polyacrylamide gels.
